Udupi, as we know, is the holy place of ‘Lord Sri Krishna’, created by ‘Sri Madhwacharya’. The idol of ‘Lord Sri Krishna’ is worshipped by Rukmini. The ambition of our Guruji, Sri.Sri. Vidya Manya Teertha Swamiji was to impart and teach the lessons on ‘Vyasa Traya’, ‘Tarka’, ‘Grammar’, ‘Astrology’ to the interested students and complete such teachings to the individuals in a span of 6 years.

With this ambition in mind, ‘Sri Tatwa Deepika Gurukula’ has been established in the year 2002 within the premises of ‘Sri Palimaru Matha’, on the Chariot Street in Udupi.
